I am almost appreciative of your kind offer for me to attend the 50th anniversary celebration of Kyoto Computer Gakuin and the 10th anniversary of The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics to be held on June 1, 2013, at Kyoto International Conference Center. However, as has been communicated to you by Mr. Eric Ong, I must respectfully decline your generous offer because of family commitments I have at that time.

Despite the fact that I am unable to attend your dual-anniversary, I wish to extend to you both my warmest congratulations on the wonderful academic achievements of Kyoto Computer Gakuin over the last half century and The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics over the last decade. Your institutions have made significant contributions to the advancement of computer studies, and you have every reason to be very proud of your successes so far.
