CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE
It is my distinct honour and pleasure, on behalf of myself and on behalf of the People and Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to extend my sincere congratulations to you and your Institutions, as you celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Kyoto Computer Gakuin (KCG) and the 10th Anniversary of The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI). I wish you many more years of greater heights of achievements.
2. As you are aware, your institutions have been in very good working relations with my Country and we look forward to many more years of deeper and closer cooperation in the field of impartation of knowledge most especially in the area of Information Technology and Astrophysics to all and sundry and the women folk in particular. We are committed to our continued friendship and working relations with your institutions as we also look forward to exploring new areas of mutual benefit and interests. I would therefore like to inform and believe that our joint effort will enhance our working relations under your International Development of Computer Education (IDCE) which is expected to be of continued benefit to our people as we also look forward to join collaboration between your institutions and other institutions in Nigeria in our effort at addressing the current educational challenges.
