I am very glad to learn that you and the Kyoto Computer Gakuin and the Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Gakuin and at the 10th anniversary of the College on the coming 1st, June 2013.

On this joyful and significant occasion, I would like, on behalf the Viet Nam Embassy in Japan and on my own, to extend our warmest congratulations to all the scientists, staff and employees of the Gakuin and the College, and to you especially as the founder of the College and the President of these prestigious education organizations.

As we entering a new era of knowledge-based evolvement, computer and information technology is above all always in the lead, and with this view, the excellent achievements which have successfully been obtained through the years thanks to the utmost efforts by all the staff and workers under your outstanding leadership, would always continue to be of increasing importance for this process of development.

With great pleasure of congratulations, I would also like, on this occasion, to wish your organizations obtain ever greater success and strongly expect that further collaboration between your organizations and Vietnamese universities/counterparts which are also potential in computer and information technology would be further promoted and make tangible contribution to the development of friendship between our two countries and peoples.
